Danaher Corporation Senior Finance Analyst in Beijing, China
Perform SG&A checking of monthly closing and monitor the spending of SG&A.
Prepare analysis reports to support business to understand their business and make cost control efficient and effective.
Regular communicate with business leaders to update their order, sales, pricing, SG&A status and understand their sales trends with opportunity or risk.
Internal control improvement support, which include external and internal audit coordination, Sox audit testing, Finance internal T&E audit coordination;
Finance support for HK entity, monthly closing, audit support, statutory and tax filing support etc.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting or auditing;
23 years' experiences in FP&A field.
23 years audit experience, big four audit firm experience preferred;
Good use of Excel, experience of HFM and PowerBI is a plus.
Expert on FP&A regular analysis. E.g margin analysis, pricing analysis, SG&A analysis.
Expert on Excel, and other analysis tool e.g PowerBI, HFM and Access is a plus
Familiar with the SAP finance module.
Good sense on trend analysis and cost control.
Good experience in auditing (internal and external audit)
Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.
Ability to handle multiple businesses at the same time.
Be able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines
Strong working background in commercial company.
Written and verbal English communication skills must.
Outstanding analytically thinking skills; able to resolve complex business problems with well
