Danaher Corporation Sr. Digital Marketing Manager in Beijing, China

SEO Management:

  • Drive revenue generated from SEO.

  • Review Analytics (google/Baidu etc.) in order to optimize content and products and collaborate with marketing and agency team to improve engagement and conversion metrics onsite.

  • Manage the day-to-day SEO program, roadmap and growth strategy based on customer and competitive insights, agency recommendations, brand strategy and E-commerce goals.

  • Plan, manage and execute search engine optimization efforts to ensure consistent high keyword ranking on search engines.

  • Report findings and provide appropriate counter-strategies when appropriate;

SEM Management:

On a daily basis, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Drive revenue generation from SEM.

  • The strategy of pay-per-click campaigns including bid management and optimization.

  • Use statistical analysis to draw conclusions about marketing campaigns and make recommendations accordingly (on a weekly base); Developing optimization strategy and create execution plan.

  • Managing agencies to implement successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management based on business goals and targets.

  • Identifying growth opportunities and implement initiatives to ensure continue improvements of financial ROI for the business.

E-Commerce Management:

  • Lead Team and agency to drive revenue generation from E-commerce.

  • Good communication skill with the 3rd party platforms like T-mall, JD & 1688.

  • Strong business analysis ability about eCom data performance.

  • Collaborate with Commercial Team to help the customer shop more confidently while adding benefit to our SEO program;
