Participate in the new supplier qualification and development , take lead the new supplier QMS audit and evaluation参与新供应商的评审，牵头组织新供应商的质量保证体系评定工作。
Monitor supplier quality performance and make supplier quality KPI report. Handling and following up on NCR incoming raw materials ;Responsible for regularly holding supplier quality anomaly review meetings; Organize, supervise, and improve supplier quality; Verify improvement status.Track supplier progress during the product development phase, timely resolution of issues to meet the company's product development and manufacturing needs负责监控供应商的质量表现，形成周期报告。对供应商来料异常的处理和跟进；负责定期召开供应商质量异常检讨会;组织、督促、供应商质量改进；验证改进情况产品开发阶段的供应商进度跟踪，及时解决问题，以满足公司产品开发与制造需求。
