The Cell DIVE multiplexed imaging system is a research tool used by scientists and clinicians searching for a way to optimize cancer treatment options. Cell DIVE uses a patented multiplexed imaging workflow to provide in depth information about the tissue microenvironment.

As a Cell DIVE Senior Software Engineer - .NET Developer, you will lead day to day operations of a team developing software used in the image acquisition and post-processing steps of biological fluorescent imaging workflows. You will do this by individually contributing to the code base as well as mentoring the team in both technical prowess and proper SDLC process.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide both short- and long-term technology recommendations

  • Provide hands on contribution and technical mentorship to engineers within the team

  • Develop frameworks/blueprints and implement those patterns across multiple software components within the system

  • Help the team to improve the technical quality of their work through regular technical design and code reviews

  • Share your technical knowledge and expertise through regular tech talks, reviews, and demos

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

  • Minimum of 8 years of Software Development experience architecting and maintaining thin/thick clients and API’s

  • Strong technical leader with a proven track record of using your expertise to help the team

  • Well versed with Agile Scrum methodologies and how to deploy them efficiently and effectively

  • Expert with .NET, .NET Core, C#, Visual Studio

  • Expert with WCF, WPF, MVVM, MEF

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience in Biotech, Medical Device, or Healthcare

  • Experience with AWS or Azure for both infrastructure and services

  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Automated Frameworks

  • Experience with hardware control, image acquisition

  • Experience with C/C++/CLR image processing: stitching, flat-fielding, registration

  • Experience with Angular

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required

  • Must be willing to work out of an office located near Bellevue, WA
