This position is part of the Cepheid and location preference is Bengaluru.
Role- Inventory Analyst
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand and adhere to safety policies and practices.
Verify staged materials per BOM, Restriction’s log and Production Plan
Work closely with stockroom & finance to rectify posting issues, consumption issues, quantity mismatches & cycle counts.
Use SAP workflow & t-codes for cycle counts, inventory adjustments & inventory investigations
Be familiar with MES workflow & consumption sections/transactions to investigate inventory discrepancies
Review MES consumption entries & verify against SAP consumptions
Ensure proper material issuance & material accountability
Report causes of process and/or documentation and assist or coordinate resolutions.
Participate in DM activities & DBS training
TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)
Complete all assigned and required training on time.
Coach operators on
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience (in years):
3- 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry ex Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, Automobile, electronics etc. or in a finance function
BCom/BA/BSc
Knowledge and skills:
Ability to read SOPs in English is must.
Understands Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP)
Must be a team player and able to demonstrate willingness and ability to provide assistance to co-workers.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
Attention to detail.
Knowledge of Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills is a must (Excel, SAP)
Ability to solve basic math problems.
Physical requirements/abilities:
Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Must be able to stand for several hours. Work may involve repetitive arm/wrist motions.
Ability to work directly with, handle or come into contact with chemicals or reagents.
Ability to work in all Shift 24×7 operation.
Must be able to work in extreme low humidity conditions ≤10%
