Qualification:

  • Degree in MSW / MHRM as approved by state factories act.

  • 5 - 12 years of experience in a manufacturing plant.

  • Must be familiar with Kannada Language.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with workers to enable formulation and implementing of welfare activities

  • Responsible for management statutory compliance at Factory, which includes updation of compliance details at internal portal.

  • Monitor the industrial relation – internal and external

  • Ensure execution of work committees, grievance committee , canteen committee meetings

  • Oversees full-cycle recruitment process; leads, develops and maintains a high performing team

  • Provides innovative, scalable solutions and implementation of recruitment plans to drive our hiring to meet business objectives

  • Builds and monitors recruitment KPIs and manages stakeholder satisfaction

  • Accurately track and report recruitment activity data to support staffing metrics.

  • Oversee and manage all employee time and attendance records

  • Create a structure for weekly and monthly departmental on shopfloor related matter

  • Address worker grievances through structured connect meeting.

  • Accountable for taking proactive action to continuously evaluate processes, tools and technology to drive improvement and incorporate best practices

  • Collaborate with Managers and HR partners to develop a strong understanding of department culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and manage requisitions to effectively source and deliver the talent necessary to achieve business outcomes

  • Contribute to the HR technology strategy focused on improving user experience on our career site, SuccessFactors, and SharePoint

  • Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.

  • Mainly in a lead capacity, investigate issues by assembling investigation team, gathering all relevant facts, interviewing critical witnesses, reviewing similar cases, and using knowledge, judgment and experience, to recommend course of action to leadership, assisting with the implementation of corrective actions and/or disciplinary procedures

  • Mediate issues between employees to minimize workplace conflict.

  • Partner with Legal and in collaboration with relevant HR parties and the business, will analyze facts, provide input and recommend course of action to achieve resolution of HR Legal matters that may arise.

  • Assist Leaders with diagnosing and resolving issues through proper questioning techniques, active listening skills and risk assessment.

  • Deeply understand and apply Company policy/procedure/best practices and applicable law while consulting with Leaders, to reduce risk to the Company.

  • Monthly & quarterly reporting on Employee Relations matters, interpreting data and making recommendations for positive change in the work environment.

  • Establish and maintain credibility throughout the organization and ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and sensitivity in handling all aspects of private data and confidential matters across the HR team and organizationally.
