The Senior HR Services Coordinator develops, implements and ensures the ongoing effectiveness of all internal processes and systems; develops and executes an efficient infrastructure that can deliver HR services consistently, responsively and cost-effectively. Ensures efficiency and accuracy of HR processes and transactions. Works with vendors and technology specialists to design and maintain HR-related systems/procedures. May manage leave/absence programs or perform workforce planning and analysis.


  • Serve as HR point of contact for inquiries from European Associate Groups.

  • Support HR Leadership in the phases of associate life cycle including, but not limited to:

  • New manager and associate onboarding

  • Ongoing manager and associate training and development

  • Benefits inquiries

  • Engagement

  • Performance management

  • Leave of absence

  • Workday Support

  • Collaboration with others to implement, improve, and utilize our talent processes.

  • Ensures optimal relationships with our business partners through strength in understanding and creating solutions to deliver highest satisfaction levels for our diverse set of associates.

  • General HR support to include, delivering reports (turnover, staffing ratios, etc.), coordinating unemployment responses, managing parts of the recruiting process, managing parts for the onboarding process.

  • Works with HR Leadership on Associate Relations investigations and may consult with managers and legal counsel on outcomes and next steps.

  • Enter necessary associate data in Workday HR system in a timely, accurate manner. Create, maintain and ensure compliance of associate files. Assist in creating, changing and maintaining job descriptions.

  • Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures including but not limited to recruiting, training, reward, recognition, and associate development.

  • Manage assigned caseload in ticketing system

  • Dedicated to innovation, inspiring teams to meet and exceed expectations.

  • Drives execution of temporary countermeasures to problems even before root cause is determined to maintain customer satisfaction


  • Fluent in English and German is required (supporting UK )

  • High level of cultural sensitivity and awareness to lead and engage effectively with experienced global cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills. Possesses a problem-solving mindset.

  • Previous experience working in a metrics-driven culture.

  • Previous experience Workday administrative experience

  • Required competencies include:

  • Able to identify and prioritize the tasks necessary to meet long- and short-term objectives and effective time management and multi-tasking abilities to achieve these objectives

  • Demonstrates high level of customer service skills, approachability, and sense of urgency and ability to work independently.

  • Strong collaboration skills (communication, tone, messaging, execution, planning, ownership).

  • Experienced in the use of continuous improvement tools (standard work, root cause analysis, voice of the customer, etc.) preferred.

  • Preferred is a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in an HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
