As Talent Acquisition Advisor you will provide full-cycle recruitment support across multiple subsidiaries of the Danaher Corporation in the Life Sciences, Diagnostics & Biotech industries in DACH & Eastern Europe, developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to support the business needs.

You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager DACH & Eastern Europe and your primary focus will be on positions in Science & Technology, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Operations, Quality.

This role is fully remotely based in Germany and requires speaking fluently German & French.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead strategic kick-off call to understand hiring need

  • Conduct/review talent supply & demand, educate hiring managers and HR partners on talent marketplace dynamics and how to be brand ambassadors to attract key talent

  • Screen candidates and present a diverse, qualified slate to hiring manager

  • Participate in debrief meetings and provide candidate insights to aid in selection

  • Provide offer recommendation to hiring manager and HRBP based on candidate and market expectations

  • Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for assigned functional area(s) and roles

  • Identify optimal channels for advertising roles and post jobs accordingly

  • Proactively source and engage talent internally and externally, utilizing available tools

  • Create an exceptional candidate experience by following candidate care initiatives

  • Understand candidate motivators and customize messaging to increase likelihood of offer acceptance

    The essential requirements of the job include:

  • University’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Recruitment experience (including coaching hiring managers, developing and executing innovative search techniques and cultivating talent pipelines) gained in corporate environments, or agencies or working as RPO

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German & French.
