Reporting to the Supervisor Technical Support Iberia and working in a matrix organization.
Respond to customer calls to provide technical support for analyzer(s) and other Hach products and solutions.
Experience troubleshooting issues to distinguish between hardware, software and/or reagent failures in order to dispatch the appropriate resources.
Act as a liaison between Technical Support and all cross-functional departments to relay Voice of Customer, (VOC), and drive continuous improvement
Ability to apply and exercise good judgment, within pre-defined procedures and practices, to determine appropriate actions.
Strong communication skills are key, as you will work closely with other team members, across Portugal and Spain to ensure world-class responses to customer demands.

Are you qualified?
Business management, marketing, technical degree, or equivalent
Skills or experience in technical/electronical troubleshooting
Customer Service drive and focus with proactive approach
Portuguese on a fluent/mother tongue level, Spanish preferred
Prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Be able to communicate internally and externally through email and telephone
The ability to work as part of a multinational team
Experienced in the use of continuous improvement tools (standard work, root cause analysis, the voice of the customer, etc.) preferred
