We are currently seeking a Cell Health Technical Support Specialist who will be responsible for delivering sales targets at Cell Health customers in various workflows.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Deliver Sales Growth to North American business through direct and indirect sales channels by promoting solutions through technical conferences, trade shows, seminars and direct customer calls by utilizing a consultative sales approach

• Develop a robust opportunity pipeline by identifying and cultivating target accounts.

• Maximizing the outcome of Sales Opportunities through high-level product demonstrations and drive sales opportunities to close to attain regional revenue targets

• Establishing good relationships and network with customers, partners as well as internal peers such as Sales, Marketing, Service, Tech Support and Product Management

Minimum Requirements:

• Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology or similar field

• Minimum 3 years experience in a sales/customer-facing role in biopharma or life science industry

• Experience in a cell culture laboratory environment

• Ability to travel 60% in assigned territory

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $90,000- $120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

Base salary: $100,000 to $120,000 plus bonus, medical and dental benefits available day one.
