We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Director to lead HemoCue America’s marketing function. The ideal candidate is an effective and results driven marketer who has experience successfully collaborating cross functionally and with global marketing teams to build impactful marketing strategies. Furthermore, the successful candidate will have the ability to operate at a broad-based, strategic level while being capable of driving detailed, tactical initiatives.
As our Marketing Director, you will be an integral member of HemoCue America's leadership team, reporting directly to the General Manager. As a key leader in our fast-paced and nimble operating company, this is a leadership role that demands clear communication, resourcefulness, influence, and ability to drive both strategy and execution.
Evaluates, builds, and executes effective marketing plans and tools.
Develops and manages campaigns to address sales lead generation goals to ensure consistent and effective market traction leading to the successful achievement of critical marketing metrics.
Utilizes market data and/or market research as it relates to macro and micro trends, customer attitudes and behaviors, and the competitive landscape to improve current and future opportunities.
Drive product launch excellence, including definition of market segmentation, product positioning and promotional and go to market initiatives.
Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of marketing growth initiatives on revenue.
Drive growth through digital marketing (including transformative marketing), social media and effective lead management.
Partner with sales to drive strong alignment on campaign strategy, execution, lead generation, and win-rate objectives in addition to ensuring effective integration of sales enablement and marketing automation platforms.
Develops budgets and forecasts in support of marketing initiatives and plans.
Requirements:Position Specific Competencies/Experience
8+ years marketing experience required, preferably in medical device or related industry.
5+ years proven ability to build, lead and develop a robust marketing team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Technologically-savvy, including digital marketing, social media, and software programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point. Solid understanding of marketing automation and sales enablement platforms (e.g. Marketo, Pardot, Seismic, Salesforce, etc.) preferred.
