What you’ll do!
Provide technical and application leadership for the new business portfolio across globally by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.
Develop, coordinate and deliver product application training to commercial team to improve client satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
Lead, educate, coach and advise the differentiation (technical application position) of the new business portfolio. Act as reference point to the Regional/ Zone account teams regarding technical application of their products.
Support trade shows and professional conferences by providing technical, workflow application product positioning.
Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies.
Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
Who you are!
Minimum of a Master's degree in a Life Science subject or bachelor's with comparable work experience required.
6 plus years of experience in research, technical support, application development in the cell culture market.
Cell therapy or cell processing experience is required.
Problem solving skills (communicate issues, and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers).
Excellent listening skills, with a self-motivated and results driven personality.
Prior cross countries/ regional experience is preferred.
Travel up to 50-70% depending on location.
