Danaher Corporation Regional Sales Manager - Boston in Boston, Massachusetts
Lead the sales region through development and executing of strategies that drive growth.
Works with all customer facing field personnel to facilitiate Team Selling.
Develop specific action plan for Key Account growth.
Recruit, train, and develop sales teams using Value Selling
Maintains rigor in all Standard Work in funnel and forecast management, with weekly reviews of sales funnels.
II.REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
Must live in Boston.
Experience in sales management with Life Science capital equipment sales with specific focus in Life Science Research at major academic institutions.
5+ years experience as a sales representative in Life Science capital equipment.
B.S. in Biology desired
MBA a plus
