Danaher Corporation HR Associate Care Specialist in Boulder, Colorado

Job Description

As a member of the HR Shared Services Center, the Associate Care Specialist will provide exceptional front-line HR Customer Service to our associates through our HR Service Delivery Model. The HR Associate Care Specialist will provide support to associate inquiries, issues and problem resolution in addition to performing HR Administrative transactions.

Essential Job Functions:

Initial point of contact for Associates regarding HR-related programs/systems/policies & procedures by answering associate inquiries or redirecting to escalated support resources.

Answer Associate inquiries in-line with service level standards and case management guidelines.

Perform HR administrative transactions for a variety of HR functions and Workforce Support Services.

Inform HR Process and HR Knowledge Base Improvements. Support FAQ creation.

Attend HR Trainings to ensure adequate support for our Associate’s inquiries.

Achieve stated performance measures and adherence to customer service standards. Perform special projects as assigned.


  • Experience working in Human Resources, Customer Service or equivalent role

  • Associates degree preferred, 3 years of relevant experience in a Human Resource or Customer Support Role may be substituted for each year of required education.

  • Experience working with Workday or equivalent HR Information System

  • Experience working in a Case Management System

  • Passion for delivering Excellent Associate Experiences/Customer Service through Live Agent Engagements and Case Management

  • Must be able to exercise the appropriate level of judgment, initiative and change management

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across a wide variety of associates and all levels of personnel

  • Ability to work in a Global Team Environment

  • Ability to work in a remote/virtual environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Enjoys working in a KPI-driven environment and process improvement

  • Right candidate will live in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zone.
