Due to growth of our business, we have created a new position to help us improve our forecasting!

As the Demand Planning Manager, you will lead on listening to customer needs and how as a team we react and service those needs. You'll drive the short term actions necessary and be part of long term plans for growth.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive OTD and Past Due performance to site KPI Metrics.

  • Lead a team, providing world class Customer Service and Analysis.

  • Build processes to manage and review demand as the business grows.

  • Support Supply Chain Manager as necessary to meet customer needs.

  • Understand Revenue goals and support meeting financial goals.

  • Work with external partners – Global Supply Chain, Commercial leads and sites.

  • Understand critical needs for all business units!

  • Give accurate requirements for planning team for priority items.

  • Support analysis of demand and trends of external and Single use technology customers in a dynamic fast paced environment.

  • Providing clear updates to site management team of customer focused - supply chain performance.

  • Take part in Kaizen events at local and global level to support the long-term growth of Pall.

  • Produce applicable daily reports for key critical areas highlighting a level of control.

  • Identify any continuous improvements in the Inventory management function to reduce inventory and maximize the benefit to the site, whilst working with the relevant team members to achieve this.

  • Ad-hoc Supply Chain Projects across the whole site.

Qualifications & Proficiencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant working experience.

  • Experience in demand planning, customer service, sophisticated supply chain analytics, ERP systems, forecasting software, and supply chain management.
