We are looking for a HSE Manager to provide Leadership through deployment of strategic plans and tactical programs to drive continuous improvement and build a positive culture.

As the HSE Manager, you will Sustain and implement systems to ensure compliance with legal, corporate and other requirements aiming for achievement in site performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide EHS and BCM leadership and support to all functions.

  • Manage and develop the other EHS Team members on site.

  • Ensure ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO 22301 certification is maintained.

  • Implement and maintain risk management systems to drive risk reduction and maintain compliance.

  • Implement and participate in auditing both internal and external to organisation.

  • Act as Coach and Mentor at all levels of the organisation to build a positive and proactive EHS culture.

  • Champion the Danaher Business System by driving improvements and ensuring sustainment.

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of metrics, legal notifications and reports.

  • Builds team and core EHS competence in the organisation.

  • Implement and sustain incident management processes, ensuring root cause and corrective actions are implemented.

  • Facilitate customer and supplier EHS and BCM request for information, support and improvement.

  • Act site Coordinator for EHS related insurance claims, regulatory visits and notifications.

  • Represent the site on Pall and Danaher EHS Improvement Teams and liaise with the Global EHS Team on performance improvement and company-wide initiatives.
