Description
The Coordinator Customer Support provides support to our Distributors customers and Sales Representatives for assigned product contracts.

This individual will work in a team environment, interacting on a daily basis with the Client Services Department, as well as the Sales organization. This role is accountable for timely and accurate booking and maintenance of distributor and local agreements. The responsibilities would include booking new agreements, managing daily work, resolving disputes, contract maintenance and order management processing into the Oracle ERP system.

This individual will also works closely with Contract Support Specialists, Sales and the Customer to ensure there is compliance to the Customer’s contract terms and conditions. This role requires an inquisitive mind, attention to detail and a high degree of adaptability, as requests will be varied in nature.

Qualification
* High School Degree required and Bachelor’s degree preferred * 2 – 5 years billing experience in related field, demonstrated skills in a high volume Customer Service environment * Effective written communication and strong organizational and analytical skills * Proficiency in Excel including analyzing and understanding basic modeling as well as understanding basic analytical functions * Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks, while maintaining quality * Mandatory Overtime during high volume times At Danaher, we are dedicated to building and sustaining a truly diverse and inclusive culture.
