This position is part of the Customer Support organization located in Brea, CA and will a hybrid role.

The Metering Compliance Analyst position will work directly with Client Services, Field Sales and Customers to support contract compliance to the Metering Program (product purchased on consignment and billed as customers perform laboratory testing) accomplished by audits and reduction of waste directly effecting reagent cost. The individual will interact with peers, leadership, customers, and field employees on a daily basis, building strong partnerships and facilitating timely compliance audits to improve efficiency within the Metering program.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assess Metering compliance to contractual terms and conditions for reagents comparing actual billings/invoices resulting from patient testing versus product shipped using estimate inventory levels desired by the Customer.

  • Identify and bill customers for excess product, as determined through an audit of the customer’s performance

  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytics support to the field leveraging support tools.

  • Take appropriate corrective action in situations of Customer’s non-compliance to the contract

  • Provide analysis of data, tracking of key initiatives and metrics, and apply basic problem-solving skills to situations.

  • Provide decision and analytical support to management by developing and interpreting complex data.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in field with 2+ years’ experience OR Master’s degree in field with 0-2+ years’ experience with

  • Reporting, interpreting data, conducting research and analysis

  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables, Vlookups, and standard functions is required.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with Oracle or other ERP system, Project Management, Sharepoint, Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), Smartsheet, Power BI

  • 3+ years’ experience in Contracting, Customer Support, Finance, Accounting, or similar (preferred).

  • Experience supporting Field Sales, Customer handling, contractual terms is preferred.
