The Service Administrator is highly focused facilitating Americas administration day-to-day activities, problem solving so that the team meets and exceeds the required level of service, performance, orders, and revenue targets. The Service Administrator acts as an interface between Field Service and Sales, cross functional and front-line teams. This is an office position.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Execute reports daily/weekly/monthly; new booked and shipped orders, KPIs and T&M service requests.
Will assists execute on customer requests; via phone, fax, email, or other electronic means.
Responsible for the consistency and integrity of the Install Base
Execution of orders and revenue recognition orders and manage instrument acceptance documentation
Will assists facilitate the replacement and return of serialized components
Will provide coverage/backup per business demands
Other duties as assigned by management
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer service/administrator role
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Visio) SFDC, and Oracle, required
Excellent Customer Service Skills; responds promptly to customer needs, high sense of urgency
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Project management, problem-solving and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
Dependability; follows instructions, responds to strategic direction; keeps commitments.
Must possess a strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and work ethics
Works independently and as part of team
Participates in workshops, conference call and meetings
Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
Bachelors Degree, preferred
