The Service Contract Administrator will process orders and administer customer contracts, vendor registration and deliverables associated, and exhibiting superior customer service. In the role of a Contract Administrator, you will serve as the first point of contact between the Service Sales team and Service Organization. The successful candidate is a dynamic professional with a "can do" attitude who can work in a fast-paced environment, meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks. To complement our team, the successful candidate must be energetic, self-motivated and constructive in his or her approach, flexible and adaptable to work in a complex, cross functionally and able to build productive relationships.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Execution of orders and revenue recognition; generate service contract quotations and orders for new, renewals, modifications, and terminations.
Frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts.
Follows established service quality standard and meets established processing times and follow-up actions in accordance to departmental standards.
Execute operational process improvements in key areas based on data collection/analysis of customer feedback at multiple touch points along the customer journey.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Prior experience in service contract role or equivalent
Prior experience using CRM: SalesForce, Oracle, Service Max
Phenomenal customer service or customer experience mind-set
High attention to detail, follow-up, multi-tasking, and conflict resolution
Work with Service, Sales, vendor and customer project participants from all subject areas to understand the specifications required in meeting customer needs.
Must be computer literate and have experience using MS Office products (Word, Excel)
Ability to work flexible M-F including some holidays.
Accuracy is required in performing all functions of this position
Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to listen actively while giving consideration to the views of others.
