The Service Contract Administrator will process orders and administer customer contracts, vendor registration and deliverables associated, and exhibiting superior customer service. In the role of a Contract Administrator, you will serve as the first point of contact between the Service Sales team and Service Organization. The successful candidate is a dynamic professional with a "can do" attitude who can work in a fast-paced environment, meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks. To complement our team, the successful candidate must be energetic, self-motivated and constructive in his or her approach, flexible and adaptable to work in a complex, cross functionally and able to build productive relationships.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Execution of orders and revenue recognition; generate service contract quotations and orders for new, renewals, modifications, and terminations.

  • Frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts.

  • Follows established service quality standard and meets established processing times and follow-up actions in accordance to departmental standards.

  • Execute operational process improvements in key areas based on data collection/analysis of customer feedback at multiple touch points along the customer journey.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Prior experience in service contract role or equivalent

  • Prior experience using CRM: SalesForce, Oracle, Service Max

  • Phenomenal customer service or customer experience mind-set

  • High attention to detail, follow-up, multi-tasking, and conflict resolution

  • Work with Service, Sales, vendor and customer project participants from all subject areas to understand the specifications required in meeting customer needs.

  • Must be computer literate and have experience using MS Office products (Word, Excel)

  • Ability to work flexible M-F including some holidays.

  • Accuracy is required in performing all functions of this position

  • Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to listen actively while giving consideration to the views of others.

Nice to Have:

  • Associates Degree or higher

  • Works independently and as part of a team
