The Service Contracts Coordinator for Radiometer is responsible for supporting the Field Service Organization and Radiometer Medical Customers with all their administrative service needs. The Field Service organization ensures that critical equipment in hospitals, doctor's offices, reference laboratories, and research institutes across the country are serviced and maintained in an efficient manner.

This position is part of the Service organization located in our Brea, CA office and will be ONSITE. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Service Contracts team and report to the Manager, Service Contracts responsible for supporting the Field Service Organization, as well as support all Radiometer America product portfolio with their admin needs. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Create annual service agreements for all our company products, assure timely invoices, verify prices to purchase orders, match purchase orders and invoices, and enter into CRM and Axapta systems. Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with customers by updating them of their upcoming contractual agreements, helping them to renew the contract, and accurately invoicing them accordingly.

  • Assist in monthly processing of invoices to assure monthly revenue targets are met as well as assist in the process of credits and re-bills and the timely transfer of billable calls to invoice customers as needed. Collaborate with the field service teams to drive revenue growth by verifying and collecting purchase orders as well as identifying revenue generating opportunities.

  • File and maintain all documentation for contracts and invoices and efficiently manage all email inboxes so nothing is left behind. Always adhere to both federal and company compliance requirements. Perform Legal review of terms and conditions when needed.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent

  • 2+ years experience in customer service, special projects coordination OR call center environment

  • Proficient in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet skills, keyboard entry, database

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • CRM, Axapta, and Outlook experience

The hourly base range for this role is $24.00-$28.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentives.
