The Sr. Coordinator Non-Technical Customer Support for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Interacts with customers and Sales over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review. Booking New contracts, process sales order, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries. May provide in-house training on non-technical customer support.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Establishing close relationships with customers, business partners, and other departments to help ensure resolution of customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

  • Booking and maintaining new contract agreements, setting up billing schedules, shipping schedules, and managing compliance to the contract terms and conditions

  • Partnering with the sales organization in securing contract renewals, preventing expiry and supporting in the placement of new instruments.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

  • A high school degree is required with 4+ years of experience in a customer-related field.

  • Must demonstrate effective skills in; customer service, quality, relationship building, problem solving, active listening, conflict resolution, analyzing terms and conditions, multi-tasking, written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to multi-task and use strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - including but not limited to Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Contract booking and maintenance in the diagnostics / medical device industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree

The hourly range for this role is $33.65 to $38.46 hourly. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
