The Sr. Product Manager, Clinical Software Solutions for Radiometer is responsible to shape and execute the North America product marketing strategy of our Clinical Informatics (CIT) and Clinical Decisions Support (CDS) portfolios. These portfolios are key differentiators in the total solution offering. This role is integral to the success of Radiometer’s commercial strategy, acting as the hub for insights from customers, sales, R&D, digital marketing, competitive intel, and market trends. In this role, you will define and execute customer-centric marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and improve sales effectiveness through engaging sales enablement tools. In addition, you will inform R&D decisions to ensure the New Product Development (NPD) funnel solves the pain points and meets the needs of a growing customer base.

You will be a part of the Marketing Department and report to the Director, Marketing responsible for developing the marketing strategy that drives market share gain across all segments and products by closely partnering with sales, service and clinical affairs to deliver initiatives and campaigns to accelerate growth. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Clinical Informatics and Decision Support product portfolio based on the customer journey.

  • Develop product positioning and messaging based on the product lifecycle stage .

  • Gather customer insights through multiple channels to better inform R&D decision-making and commercial strategy .

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Technical, or Business field with 7+ years of relevant experience in the medical products industry.

  • Experience in selling or marketing healthcare software products with proven success, as well as leading, training, and driving cross-functional teams in a commercial organization.

  • Experience in assessing and acting on insights based on market drivers, competitive landscape, market access, reimbursement/funding, and value chain in buying decisions, as well as effectively communicating both data-based analysis and conceptual proposals.

  • Advanced stakeholder management skills and conducting Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Sales (VOS), proficient project management skills, and advanced in using Excel/ Power BI for data analysis of sales trends and CRM applications (i.e., sales force, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

  • Primary language English with approximately 25% travel

The salary range for this role is $135,000 - $145,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
