Summer Internship ProgramThe program is a 12-week paid internship immersive experience that provides functional learning working on robust and challenging project work, Executive and Senior leadership engagement, and exposure to Danaher Business System fundamentals. The program culminates with a report-out presentation to leaders from the organization. After successful completion of the program, interns will have the opportunity to return as a full-time associate upon graduation.

This position is part of the Integrated Supply Chain team located in Brea, California and will be a hybrid role. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Global Planning Team and report to the Director of North America Planning responsible for developing a summary document to consolidate all supply chain responsibilities for key third party suppliers and make this a standard part of future contracting processes. The Global Planning Intern for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible to locate all the pertinent OEM/TPP (third party partner) contracts and insure they are placed in a central contract database. Then to develop an “Executive Summary” type document (Supply Chain summary) that outlines all the terms and conditions that are specific to supply chain. Cross functional interaction with Business Unit and Legal personnel will be required to incorporate this document in future contracts as part of the standard work, and insure standard work exists to locate all future contracts in the central database.

The essential requirements of the job include: • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management• Ability to read and understand supply chain contracts.• Excellent professional communication skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:• Working with manufacturing ERP systems such as Oracle
