What you’ll do
At Cytiva, as Field Service Engineers, we handle the daily service needs of the customer’s equipment by driving customer happiness! The Benelux Service team consists of 22 service engineers acting as one Benelux team! We are home based and work very autonomously. We handle our own planning and plan their visits in respect of priority and response time.
Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, validation and service repair needs on equipment in GMP environment
Preventative Maintenance and Field Modification Instruction
Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and accurate follow-up, leading to customer happiness.
Maintaining tools and test equipment accurately and ensuring they are calibrated.
Meeting Health and Human Services, Environment Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
Applying the right process to resolve customer service delivery issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving.
Travel within Benelux is required.
Who you are
Bachelor level education in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic or Automation
Experience collaborating with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process.
Experience or strong interest in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
High integrity. Capability of working under customer pressure and travel in a regulated environment
Operation knowledge related to computers (Windows OS, PC, server), networks and database strong plus
English required, Dutch and/or French is a strong Plus.
