To make an impact your responsibilities will include:
Service within the region
Visit customers (mainly universities and hospitals) for preventive maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, phone support and upgrades to achieve optimum customer care and ensure a professional repair in due time with effective and efficient working practice.
Your main perimeter is Belgium and The Netherlands. Occasionally service visits outside this area may be required in France and Germany .
Deliver accurate reporting, handling and timely submission of service reports, expenses.
Spares Stock management and other Service documentation
Collaborate closely with the Service Team to ensure all customers in the region are provided a professional after-sales service.
Support Sales Representatives in activities such as Installations and Demo / exhibitions.
Exchange valuable information resulting from customer contacts to increase customer happiness and sales.
Cooperate closely with Customer Care in order to ensure smooth and fast processes and information flow.
Technical-scientific diploma. Higher Degree or Technical Engineering.
You speak English and Dutch.
You are skills in instrumentations and Life Science and have a first experience in that field
Ability to work in a team and on individual and shared objectives.
Handling of new technology tools.
Preferably you are home based in the northern area of Belgium or the southern area of The Netherlands. You'll be working from your home office.
