This position is part of the EMEA North Bioprocess Product & Application Support group and will be a remote role, however being close to the manufacturing site in Uppsala, Sweden is preferred. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
As member of the Bioprocess Product and Application Support group (BPAS) you will be part of a highly motivated team and the first point of contact in Northern Europe for all technical inquiries related to the Bioprocess portfolio, from upstream to downstream technologies.
As part of the commercial organization, you will lead technical discussions with customers and troubleshoot technical/application issues on the full Cytiva Bioprocess product portfolio.
Work in in Salesforce (SFDC) Case Management, including creation of quotes.
Assist external and internal customers with product documentation, certificates, validation guides, datasheets, regulatory related inquires, etc.
You will work desk based with occasional customer visits.
Depending on your skills and experiences become a champion within your expertise.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Master / bachelor’s in engineering or science.
Experience in Biotechnology related hardware and software.
Good at building trust with customers and peers by coordinating and presenting solutions to customers, considering insights from other internal teams.
Positive attitude and ability to embrace change.
Fluency in Swedish and English both written & oral communication.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Technical sales experience (field or desk based).
Fluency in two or more European languages.
