This position is part of the Customer Service Team (Sales Enablement Team) and will be located in our Danish Hach Lange ApS Office in Bronshøj Copenhagen, the position is on-site. At Hach, our vision is to provide valuable insights for experts in water and weather applications to help protect lives, the environment and infrastructure.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Handles incoming calls from internal and external customers.

  • Enters customer orders (phone, mail or written) into the company’s order entry system.

  • Check and releases various holds on: shipping, back order, duplicate orders, incomplete orders, large quantity and multiple holds.

  • Assists with requests on web shop, pricing, shipping product availability, terms and conditions, and stock information.

  • Assists customers in determining product needs and provides basic assistance on products.

The essential requirements of the job include

  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, order entry system, etc.)

  • Professional communication skills in Swedish and English - written / verbal, Danish skill is only an advantage

  • Must have good organizational skills being able to handle multiple tasks

  • Min. 1 to 2 years’ experience in sales order administration and customer service

  • Lives the “continuous improvement” philosophy

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Danish written and verbal

  • Proofreader and translation skills

  • Process optimization (SOP)
