Danaher Corporation Director, HR Business Partnering in Bronshoj, Denmark
Our HR team at Radiometer is evolving, and we are therefore looking for a new Director in our HR Business Partnering team.
We are looking for someone to play a central role in Radiometer with overall responsibility for various functions and hands-on responsibility for associates located in Copenhagen within R&D, and QA/RA.
This includes acting as a strategic HR Partner for global VPs in those areas and as a leader being a good sparring partner for your direct reports.
You will become a member of our Global HR team and report directly to the Senior Director of Global HR Business Partnering in Copenhagen.
As HR Business Partner your priority will be to provide direct support to the VPs of the assigned functions and their L2 team. You will partner with your other HR colleagues in Copenhagen to ensure we operate as “one HR” in a matrix organization. We advise and take the lead on initiatives that improve leadership and competence, foster organizational development, and ensure the best possible organizational performance to enable the achievement of our business goals.
In your role as a leader, you will be responsible for the development, coaching, and mentoring of other HR business partners and secure a high level of delivery to internal stakeholders across the functions you overlook. You will have three associates reporting to you.
We cooperate with Regional HR Directors, local HR managers, and HR partners across global Radiometer to execute the overall strategy within our areas.
Master’s degree or equivalent – preferably within, Strategic HRM, Business or Organizational Psychology or similar
Proven hands-on experience (10 years) within multiple areas of HR business partnering
Min 3 years experience as a people manager
Proven track record of organizational transformation
Coaching and business partnering experience with senior leaders
Ability to analyze complex matters and translate them into well-structured and executable solutions
Project Management and Change Management Skills
