Danaher Corporation Executive Assistant, RA/QA Coordinator in Bronshoj, Denmark
Are you known for your ability to plan, prioritize, and manage the calendar on behalf of others? Are you a strong communicator and able to build relationships? Then you might be the one for the Executive Assistant (EA) in our RA/QA department.
By end of this year, our current EA is heading into well-deserved retirement after 13 years in this role, so we are looking for a new person to take over the reins.
Make the wheel go round
You will become the trusted administrative right hand to Lena Sørensen, Vice President RA/QA. In this role, you will have a big variety of tasks throughout the week. Working closely with Lena you will use your good judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness to help her in all matters needed.
You can look forward to forming strong ties with the RA/QA Management team, who are all passionate about saving lives and making sure Radiometer is the best place to work.
Creation of presentations in PowerPoint and Excel, typing and preparing reports and minutes
Performing work that is generally varied and administrative or projects, with considerable coordination and follow-through
Meeting and event planning - catering and preparing meeting agenda as well as follow-up actions
Managing complex calendars - coordinating meetings and appointments, to ensure a well-organized schedule for Lena
Review expense reports, invoicing, and compliance training records and follow through to ensure timely deliveries are met
Coordinate IT support, as well as other support and ad hoc tasks
Booking and arranging travel, transport, visa, and accommodation
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience supporting executives in a multi-national company
Ability to independently compose correspondence, reports, presentations, and other well-written materials
Excellent computer skills, including but not limited to Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
A proven track record of operating successfully in a very independent role even under pressure
Proficient in Danish and English, written and verbally is a requirement
