Radiometer is launching a strategic business program, called DARWIN, to replace current ways of working and outdated business applications with new globally aligned processes, policies, and data as well as introducing a new modern application landscape with three critical components; Microsoft Dynamics 365FO, Dynamics 365 and PROS Configure Price Quote.

Over the course of 2024, we will onboard 15 new Radiometer associates, as well as partner up with best-in-class Dynamics 365FO partners, to deliver on an ambitious program road map.

We are looking for a Functional Consultant for our Global CRM team, with a primary focus on Sales. The Functional Consultants in Radiometer are responsible for ensuring that the standard Radiometer processes within a specific area are supported, in the best possible way, and rolled out to all our 30+ Sales sites across the globe. The primary application for this role, is the Dynamics 365, covering sales business processes since 10+ years. Dynamics 365 will be connected with a new PROS solution in 2024 and during 2024/25, also Dynamics 365FO.

This position is part of the DARWIN program with a primary location in Brønshøj, Copenhagen. The position is a hybrid position with the possibility of 1-2 days remote per week. You will be a part of a team reporting to the Director, Global CRM, Collaboration & Support.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Be part of the Global CRM team supporting the new global Radiometer Business System Platform, centred around Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365FO and PROS Configure Price Quote.

  • Work closely together with the Business Process Manager for Sales, the sales organization, and stakeholders on understanding the business processes and functional requirements.

  • Analyze sales business requirements and collaborate with Solution Architects on designing the best possible solutions to continuously improve the existing global CRM solution and implement new Sales functionality and processes.

  • Be empowered to drive and manage the deliveries within the Sales functional track across sales processes and mapping, analyzing change requests, bugs, testing, project work, and training users.

  • Be a trusted and proactive business partner, providing guidance and support on the use and optimization of the D365 solution.

  • Staying up to date within Dynamics 365 upcoming functionality and best practices for sustainable and efficient solution implementations.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher.

  • 3+ years as Functional Consultant, Business Analyst or equivalent working within Dynamics 365 processes and functionality.

  • 2+ years of analytical experience working in global enterprise programs using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or 365FO.

  • A strong ‘Business Analyst toolbox’, which you master well and can use for change request assessments, analyzing, designing, and implementing effective sales processes and functionality.

  • Proficient in engaging stakeholders to gather business requirements and feedback through effective communication and facilitation.

  • Experience keeping high standards of documentation for CRM systems, including functional design and process maps, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

  • Excellent team cooperative skills.

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working with Dynamics 365, to the level of a CRM customizer, understanding the Dynamics platform.

  • Being part of an IT implementation team in a global organization. within a regulated industry and are familiar with GxP.
