The Global Commercial Marketing Manager for Radiometer is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company strategy and growth objectives, encompassing product launches, marketing collaterals, sales tools, campaigns, and any other requirement to enable our sales teams to drive growth.

This position is part of the Commercial Marketing Team, which sits within the Commercial Enablement Team, located in Brønshøj and will be hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Commercial Marketing Team and report to the head of the Global Commercial Marketing Managers Team, responsible for downstream marketing activities and global commercial marketing initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement global strategic marketing plans (product launch, marketing collaterals, sales tools, campaigns, scientific papers etc.) that support company strategy and growth targets.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.

  • Develop and execute on the strategic marketing plan, together with global markets.

  • Drive alignment between the markets, Clinical Medical Affairs, Marketing Communications, and multiple key stakeholders.

  • Content creation and sustainment, owner for all marketing assets. Together with Marcom and MA develop marketing assets along the customer journey, from awareness, educate, engage, and convert until end-of-life communication.

  • The essential requirements of the job include:

  • You have multiple years of experience with marketing or product management, ideally in the healthcare business of products with high technical complexity.

  • You are equipped with a strong global marketing toolbox ideally from another global marketing department (commercial strategy, market research, product launch, sales tools, competitor win against, etc.).

  • Strong commercial understanding ideally of medical devices, diagnostics, or pharma (POC IVD industry is a plus).

  • Strong ownership, results-driven and collaboration skills – able to lead and work cross-functional stakeholders at all levels in the organization and problem solve independently to deliver committed initiatives on time.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with product management within the medical device industry and proven skills to drive the development of content to drive sales and growth.

  • A positive, forward-thinking individual who drive changes and acts independently, yet engages with key stakeholders to drive results as a team.
