Danaher Corporation Market Development Lead in Bronshoj, Denmark

Radiometer is on a continuing growth journey, and we are now looking for a Market Development Lead.

Meet your department:

You will join a cross-cultural and highly engaged team of eight leading all aspects of different facets of global sales development, all reporting to Director, Global Sales Development. Placed under Global Sales, this is a team actively interfacing and collaborating across all the departments and geographies that make up Radiometer.

In this role you will focus on:

  • Improving commercial processes as Project Manager of two CRM developments

  • Driving analytics to increase market visibility and identify new opportunities for growth by presenting strong business cases to enter new markets, segments and support ad hoc strategy support.

  • Gradually taking on responsibility of our Go Direct Projects to establish future sales subsidiaries end-to-end including:

  • Creation of business case, understanding synergies with other Danaher companies, fieldtrips, hiring process, location, implementation, etc.

  • Forecast & capacity process in a product value stream and ensures balance between long-term demand and capacity expansion activities

  • Sustainment after “Go Live” to ensure solid integration to the Radiometer family

Under normal circumstances, you can expect 10% travel activity.

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally, you hold an MBA combined with a solid understanding of the healthcare environment. You thrive in an agile environment and deals well with complexity and managing multiple stakeholders. You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in an environment that is collaborative, high-paced and results oriented.

The skills and proficiencies we are looking for includes:

  • Min. 3-5 years proven experience managing projects in a multinational environment with a global reach

  • Min 3-5 years of proven experience and strong track record in Sales, Marketing or Business Development

  • Tech savvy and analytical mindset to run the pipeline of projects

  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively and engage colleagues across cultures and professional backgrounds

Additionally, you master both written and spoken English. Medical or clinical knowledge, although not a must, will be considered a plus.
