We are looking for a Master Data, Doc Control Professional for regular position.

The Product Master Data Change Control Professional for Radiometer is responsible for Bill of Material setup and change control of BOM’s in ERP for our sites in Denmark and Poland.

In total around 1000 change requests are handled per year. Together with a peer, you will be the resource in terms of advice in general for BOM’s and in relation to execution of the actual BOM changes in ERP.

You will work together with a very experienced colleague with the purpose of taken full responsibility for the Engineering Change Control implementation in Denmark and Poland in ERP area over time.

Structure, documentation, data quality, cooperation, service-minded, and coordination skills are key personality characteristics, for the key responsibilities in the job. Also, a good technical understanding of Production Processes within Medical Industry with be an advantage.

You will join a highly specialized team, with independent responsibilities. The GSC Master Data department is a node in the organization and connecting the dots from R&D to Sales.

This position is part of the Global supply Chain located in Brønshøj, Copenhagen and will be hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Master Data Team in Global Supply Chain and report to the Senior Manager Master Data responsible for Product Master Data. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Creations of Bill of Materials in ERPs

  • Consultant towards R&D and Production for Bill of Material setup

  • Documentation for Device Master Record review

  • Std Cost Price Calculations for new created BOMs.

  • Subject Matter Expert in Audits

  • Ad Hoc tasks to support Business Requests

The essential requirements of the job include:

a) Formal Education

  • Technical Bachelor or similar.

b) “Must Have” Competencies / Skills / Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience within a similar job

  • Structure in work

  • Service minded.

  • Maintain overview in Complex work cases.

  • Able to work with change in priorities.

c) Language

  • Basic understanding in Danish.

  • Fluent in English

  • Polish will be considered as advantage.

d) IT

  • Used to work with ERP systems, e.g MS Dynamics Axapta, D365 or similar ERP systems.

  • Doc Control system Master Control

  • Microsoft office

  • Basic understanding of setup tables/configurations of ERP.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Medical Device Industry.
