Office Apprentice, Global Talent ManagementTraining Coordination – Administration – Data management & Analysis

Would you like to get experience working with Talent Management in a global medical device company? Then this might be the position for you.

Throughout the 2 years, that the office apprentice education takes, you will be part of the Global Talent Management Team in Radiometer’s headquarters in Brønshøj. You will be supporting the team members in various administrative and data processing tasks and get a good understanding of HR processes. You will also be responsible for specific processes and will get the chance to work with HR projects.

The job

To become successful, you must be feel comfortable working in excel and using other platforms and systems. You are motivated by working in a changing and administrative environment having focus on processes, delivery and the customers. You find it motivating to find out how to make the daily work more efficient using support from IT systems, and minimizing manual workload and risk of poor quality.

Your responsibilities and tasks will among others include:

  • Administrative coordination and logistics of trainings

  • Tasks related to the monthly reporting and data processes

  • Support the successful onboarding of New hires

  • Ad hoc and project assignments for team

  • Invoicing administration

  • Managing our shared mail inbox

  • Data collection and analysis

  • Administration of development assessments

Qualifications

To take on this position, you must be enrolled in a 2-year clerical education program on a vocational education institution (e.g. Niels Brock or NEXT).

Taking responsibility as well as being engaged and committed about what you do, as well as:

  • Having willingness to learn.

  • Being open to take on challenging tasks in processing data using Excel.

  • Systematic and structured approach, not leaving anything behind.

  • Analytical and detail oriented.

  • On time deliveries.

  • Team player being willing to take on own responsibilities.

The job includes contact with our global community so it is required that you are fluent in English both verbal and in writing. You will be using local IT systems which are only available in Danish so you must be able to understand/read Danish.

IT skills:

  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

  • Solid knowledge of Excel - experience with pivot is preferred
