The Payroll Specialist for Radiometer is responsible monthly processing of payroll for more than 1.300 employees in Denmark, through the Visma payroll system (MLE). The responsibility also includes ad-hoc assistance to the organization, covering payroll questions, tax issues, the Danish holiday act, and several collective agreements. Furthermore, we ensure compliance within national requirements by law and company compliance requirements (SOX).

This position is also the point of contact towards other Danaher companies in relation to payroll activities, and ad-hoc contact to the payroll supplier Visma, Danish Tax agency. You will in close cooperation with HR be handling all kind of payroll issues from managers and employees.

This position is part of the Corporate Finance team of Radiometer located in Copenhagen and will be hybrid.

You will be a part of the Radiometer Medical Finance team and report to the Finance director, EU Financial shared service responsible for Finance, Payroll, and travel. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide payroll to around 1.300 employees in 3 different entities.

  • Work broadly with almost all types of payrolls (Various collective agreements etc.)

    The essential requirements of the job include:

  • More than 3 years of experience with payroll administration.

  • Understanding of collective agreements (DI), Danish Salaried employee act, and Danish vacation act, plus knowledge about Danish tax legislation related to payroll.

  • Knowledge about eIncome and reconciliation hereof.

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Communication skills in Danish and English.

  • Experience with VISMA payroll system & Knowledge about Workday and / or ProMark is preferred.
