The Process Chemist with project management experience for Radiometer is responsible for participating in the activities related to our expansion of ABL90SC production. This position is part of the sensor value group located in Brønshøj and will be on-site position. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the production support group for Dispensing, Function test, Software and Digitalization with report to Senior Value Stream Manager responsible for daily support and growth of our production. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Work with project management for our future state production in an operational setting
Interacting with relevant internal stakeholders influencing the department’s objectives, such as Engineering, R&D and Quality departments
Work with qualification and validation of equipment and process
Process optimization of current and future production to meet growth and demand
Drive changes to improve production performance, yield and capacity
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor or master’s in chemical engineering, chemistry, engineering, or similar technical education
Practical experience with operational project work as a project lead or project manager
Experience with process chemistry (e.g. material science, polymer chemistry, flow chemistry, automated processes)
Experience with GMP production and production environment
Strong skills within planning, executing and communication
Fluent in Danish and English language skills
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Problem solving process
Change control and deviation
Facilitating and driving workshop
