Radiometer has been a Market leader in blood gas measurement since 1954.Our Blood- gas instrument ABL800FLEX is one of the most reliable Blood-gas instruments in the marked and has been that for more than 10 years. It is also still one of the most complicated technologies that contains advanced optical system, potentiometric measurements, and electronic and mechanical challenges.
Meet your department
The PTA Engineer will join a production-team of 40 colleagues being part of Manufacturing & Operations. You will report to Senior Manager Operations.You will be part of a well-functioning team of 4 technicians and 1 engineer who will support the daily operation of the ABL800 appliance production.The team has a high professional standard of knowledge covering both the engineering, technician, and operator aspect. Your responsibilities summed up
The PTA Engineer is responsible for managing the daily quality monitoring and perform deviation management and documentation (NCR / CAPA). You supply hands-on support and optimization on the production line and act as "Investigator" for external complaints, OOB, Tech-line.
Furthermore, you are responsible for:
Risk assessment, PPRA, and auditing, IVDR / MDR
Securing daily deliveries, including supplier changes, obsolete tasks, etc.
Conduct systematic problem solving, identification of root cause / countermeasure
Assisting to solve various technical problems, both in mechanics, electronics, and chemistry.
Ensuring that we comply to and improve our KPIs, both alone and in collaboration with R&D, GSC and other parties involved
We expect you to hold an education within Engineering specialized in production, machinery, electronics, chemistry or similar. Moreover, you have
3-5 years’ experience from a similar job as a Production Supporter in a pharmaceutical or medical device company
Knowledge of the GMP rules and document management in relation to the medical industry or another regulated industry.
Good communication skills and motivate others and collaborate at all levels through dedication and professional expertise.
Validated experience of working according to LEAN principles
Furthermore, to be successful in this role work independently with an overview and solves tasks with a systematic and analytical approach. You are logical thinking and can quickly see through how a problem is solved in the best possible way.
This job requires an ability to communicate well in Danish and English, both in writing and orally
