Your main responsibility is our platform performance demonstration
You will have a central role in the verification and development of a new platform for cell analysis. In close collaboration with external partners from a Danish hospital and DTU, you analyze data and document results.
Coordination of lab activities with lab technicians and other chemists will be a main part of your responsibilities, along with conducting tests in the lab including planning and preparations. Together with the team you will analyze cell images.
As part of this role, you collaborate across other Danaher companies globally e.g., Beckman Coulter and HemoCue. Here you can combine forward-thinking minds and technologies across borders and companies.

Your strong abilities make you stand out
The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in science, or a Ph.D. related to Biochemistry, Molecular/Cell Biology, Veteran, Pharmacy or Nanoscience.
On top of that we are looking for someone who has some or all the below qualities:
Experience from the lab in testing methods such as staining and imaging cells
Analyzing of quantitative data e.g., images of blood cells
Hematology experience is in favor but not a requirement
You possess strong analytical skills and find it easy to coordinate tasks because you have a systematic way of working. In addition to an ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally, you must be a phenomenal teammate with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
You have an act for embracing teamwork and building positive relationships and partnerships across the organization. You thrive in a dynamic work environment and are used to work independently while at the same time being part of a team.
