Danaher Corporation Senior HR Business Partner in Bronshoj, Denmark

This is a newly created position that together with dedicated, top professional colleagues will allow you to contribute to the Radiometer global HR agenda and strengthen the organization. The role

As a Senior HR business partner, you can look forward to having a central role in Radiometer with a huge amount of independence while also having the opportunity to engage with numerous stakeholders across many functions. You will become a member of our Global HR team and report to Director, HR Business Partnering in Copenhagen.

You will have a significant impact on performance in assigned functional areas. You will provide direct support to the VPs and their L1 team in those areas. Tasks will be to advise and take the lead on initiatives to improve leadership, competence, and organizational development to ensure the best possible performance. This may include the development of managerial staff and consultative and coaching activities for managers on an individual level as well. You should also expect hands-on HR-related tasks across organizations in Denmark (i.e. performance improvement cases, terminations, long-term sick-leave cases etc).

Requirements

  • Master degree within the business, psychology, social science, HRM, or equivalent areas

  • Proven hands-on experience (10 + years) within various areas of HR (talent management, performance management, business partnering, compliance, compensation & benefits)

  • Proven record of coaching, change management, and business partnering experience to leaders on all levels of an organization

  • Good understanding of Danish labor code and experience with working with union representatives, tackling difficult employee cases

  • Ability to analyze complex matters and translate them into well-structured and executable solutions

  • Experience with lean principles is a plus
