The Senior HR Business Partner for Radiometer is responsible for the strategic HR agenda and execution aligned to global and regional business and HR priorities (with emphasis on talent management, leadership coaching, organizational design, DE&I, employee engagement and change management). In this role you will be accountable for end-to-end HR services for the newly created Acute Care Diagnostic Business unit globally and serve as the primary strategic business partner to the Vice President and his leadership team that includes the VP of R&D, Strategic Marketing, Open Innovation, PMO and Clinical & Medical affairs.

This position is based at our entity in Brønshøj Copenhagen. You will report to the Lead Senior HR Business Partner and work alongside a team of dedicated HR professionals. The HR Business Partner team works in a matrix organization with a shared purpose of offering best in class HR Business Partnering to our stakeholders around the world.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Act as a sparring partner for the VP and GM of the BU on all people and HR related topics incl. participation in the functional leadership team.

  • Drive the cultural transformation and change management in the newly created BU that is currently undergoing a significant transformation in the ways of working.

  • Provide day-to-day guidance to Sr. Leaders and line Management (e.g., coaching, career development and disciplinary actions).

  • Partner with our Centers of Excellence (COE’s) to provide strategic points of views and actions on Talent development, Compensation & Benefits, and attraction.

  • Assists in identifying, interviewing, and selecting diverse and qualified candidates for Sr. Professional and leadership roles within the function.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field of study such has Human Resources, Psychology, Management or similar.

  • 9+ years of experience, within HR partner roles and working in a matrix environment in an international company.

  • Must have experience supporting multiple client groups and adapting, anticipating the needs of a changing technology and innovation driven environment.

  • Experience with Organizational design, change management (such as Prosci ADKAR) and driving cultural changes

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in lean toolbox and / or experience from Continuous improvement environments.

  • Analytical and data driven approaches to complex problem solving.

  • Experience working in the medical device industry or Life Science space.
