Danaher Corporation Senior HR coordinator in Bronshoj, Denmark

The team

Our great team primarily supports the Danish site at Radiometer’s headquarter but is also part of a global HR team in Radiometer and in Danaher. In the local team, we work with Labour relations, HR legal, GDPR in HR, the new holiday act, employee wellbeing, and a variety of HR administrative processes and projects. The team also supports managers and employees in our production teams in Brønshøj with all relevant HR tasks and processes related to manufacturing and production work.

The tasks

We expect the tasks for this position will mainly be focused on these areas:

  • Employment contracts, salary adjustments, and data maintenance regarding Blue Collar employees

  • General data administration in HRIS (we use Workday and Promark systems)

  • Holiday and other absence administration, incl. controlling data, answering employee questions, follow-up processes to ensure the holiday is planned and taken, alignment with Payroll, etc.

  • Answering questions and supporting managers, HRBPs, and employees as one of the “go-to persons” in the team for daily questions via our mailbox and at the office in Brønshøj

  • Be a partner to our colleagues in Payroll, ensuring all relevant and needed data is provided for accurate payroll, collaborate on control processes, etc

  • Participate in ongoing projects and process improvement initiatives – we are continuously striving to improve our processes and systems

  • Ad hoc HR administrative tasks

You will be the one keeping an overview while paying attention to details – following up on things, ensuring that processes and flows are running, that data is accurate, that questions are answered, and that information and help reach the right people in time.

Requirements

  • Significant experience working with HR processes and HR operations (5-7 years)

  • Proven experience working with HR administration of blue-collar employees covered by collective agreements, incl time management registration

  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, Succesfactor, Promark, or the like

  • Good understanding of the Danish Holiday Act and the rules on parental leave

  • Enjoys administrative tasks and is diligent

  • Gets things done and follows through on tasks and deadlines

  • Thrives with frequently changing priorities and new tasks and projects

  • Enjoys contact with other people – service minded but also able to “stand firm”/be a gatekeeper
