Meet your organization

This role reports to the Director, Global EHS & Facilities, and will maintain a matrix reporting relationship with, and provide leadership, development guidance, and mentoring for all site-based Radiometer facilities and energy management professionals.

Your responsibilities summed up

The Sr. Project Manager focus is primarily to execute on our FOW strategy. Additionally, this role is also responsible for deploying Radiometers Facility Management Strategy and Energy Consumption/Waste Handling strategy by providing leadership, guidance, and direction.

This role works with site leadership teams to ensure that planning, programming, and justification, (including the evaluation and development of the plant’s facilities plan), align with Radiometer’s business goals and objectives (including energy management and environmental sustainability programs).

Furthermore, to be successful you

  • You execute on FOW initiatives related to Space Management

  • Lead the global workstreams

  • Design and implement the space management and Office/IT initiatives in headquarters (local level)

  • Create action plans for the local implementation in DK

  • Develop and execute facility strategies for global operations and significant commercial sites.

  • Coordinate global facilities and energy management data collection

  • Directly supports internal engineering and technology organizations to capture energy management initiatives.

  • Implement/deploy energy-saving and sustainability improvements using DBS tools

Preferred Qualifications

We imagine that you hold a Degree in business, engineering, or environmental management, or other. Most importantly, you have prior experience within the assigned responsibilities.

You understand the complexity, are experienced with the role of being a coach and at the same time have the confidence to stand by your point of view and push it through.

Moreover, you possess

  • Experience within industrial, microelectronics, life sciences, medical device, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, water, electricity, machine control, EMS/BMS, preventive maintenance, energy & sustainability, and building management applications and systems

  • Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

  • A consistent track record of providing excellent internal and external customer service

  • Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.

  • A proven ability to work independently, as an individual contributor, and in teams as well as in a fast-paced, stretch goal environment.

In addition to this, you are a strong communicator and a skilled presenter of information to all levels of management from site-level Facility Managers to the Vice President of Operations.

In this position please expect travel activities up to 40% including international travel.
