As our new Senior Supply Chain Developer, you will be part of the Global Supply Chain organization and the main driver for supply chain excellence in collaboration with the management team. In the role, you will use your excellent end-to-end supply chain understanding to deliver outstanding service to hospitals across the world. Furthermore, you will get a central role in the organization being part of, and driving key/strategy projects, thereby harvesting phenomenal influence.

Meet your department

You will join a dynamic team of five results-oriented colleagues, who along with you report to the Senior Manager of Sales & Operations Planning. The team is part of Global Supply Chain, which carries the responsibility for the global on-time-delivery to customers.

Your responsibilities summed up

The Senior Supply Chain Developer is responsible for finding opportunities for improvement and leading changes in the Global Sales & Operations Planning Process and capacity expansion processes. Success in this role requires close collaboration with stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Production sites, Delivery & Execution and Global Operations.

Your main responsibilities include:Take the ownership or Identifying, developing, and implementing improvements for the Global Sales & Operations Planning Process and capacity expansion processes.

  • Lead implementation of best in class planning processes & projects

  • Build of new processes and lead action plans at top management level

  • Facilitate training needs and development of Radiometer organization

Further responsibilities are definition of new supply chain flows and processes in Global Operations projects such as

  • Result responsible from Global Supply Chain in cross-functional Operations projects

  • Coordination of business processes and ERP system capabilities, in collaboration with Global IT

  • Alignment between new Operations footprint and needs for new planning process capabilities (forecast, materials, suppliers)

Preferred qualifications

Preferably, you hold a Master’s degree within Supply Chain/Production or similar. Moreover, you possess a strong LEAN mentality and have proven clear understanding of business needs and supply chain impact.

Most importantly, we believe that the following increase your chances of success in the job:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in validated Supply Chain Planning

  • Project management experience and ability to build engagement in teams

  • Proven track record in leadership of kaizen/workshops

  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to tackle complex problems

  • A self-starter demeanor to driving improvements

Moreover, you practice strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills while growing in a dynamic working environment. Additionally, you possess an understanding of the interface between planning systems and processes (ERP/Forecasting).

The job requires you to be proficient in both Danish and English.

You must calculate some travel activity of estimated 10-20 days a year.
