The Service Coordinator (f/m), Europe is responsible for managing requests linked to Service on systems installed mostly in Europe and is assuring customer satisfaction through a high quality of service administration (back-office management: order management, logistics, invoicing, dispatching). The role will also have opportunity to be involved in process improvement and cross functional projects.

This position is part of the European Service Coordination team and will be either Hybrid, located in any of Cepheid entities located in Europe, or Remote. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Enter and manage requests linked to instrumentation into the service management’s software

• Manage service requests from quotation to delivery and customer satisfaction

• Manage invoicing, issue of credit/debit notes and return of goods

• Support in monitoring and updating the database of installed systems

• Field Engineer dispatch

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school degree (or equivalent experience) with multiple years of work experience

• Fluent English (written and oral) is required (additional languages would be an advantage – French, Italian, German, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish)

• Familiar with SAP (or similar ERP System) and/or CRM system (preferably Salesforce)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• International trade rules knowledge (incoterm, custom…) in Europe

• Complex procedures and processes
