The Hr Coordinatoor for Cytiva is responsible for facilitating all key HR functions and programs in Italy, Spain and Portugal. This includes issues raised by current and future employees and matters related to employment, compensation and benefits, assisting Managers with recruiting candidates to fill open roles and providing assistance with payroll processing functions.
This position is part of the HR department located in Buccinasco- Milan_Italy and will be Hybrid position. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Supporting the administrative part of the new hire process, helping out where necessary during the pre-boarding and onboarding of employees>
Assisting with payroll administration and general administration and coordination
Being the go-to person for employees with benefits-related questions and problems, managing employee health and welfare plans
Assisting with performance management procedures
Conducting audits of HR programs
Managing all required training
Support to Fleet management
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
3-5 Years of experience
Fluent English
Problem solver person
Team worker
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Multinational environments
Ability to work on different projects
