Sales Incentive Plan Manager (d/f/m)

In a continuous effort to enhance our culture of Commercial Excellence, we are creating this new role of Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Manager for EMEA Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) region with the aim to increase revenues, commercial effectiveness and profitability of the company.


  • Lead and improve the overall process on SIP

  • Define the SIP roadmap while improving processes & IT tools to support SIP management

  • Define and own calendar of the SIP: target setting, communication to SIP eligible associates, claim management, quarterly pay-out

  • Ensure continuous improvement of SIP to support people leaders drive individual performance and help SIP eligible associates to monitor their performance and maximize their payout

  • Become a partner with other key functions & stakeholders involved in the sales incentive process & ensure relevant contribution from each function of the company

  • Contribute to building Daily Management & Standard Work, with the goal of enhancing the incentive process & its transparency

  • Ensure 100% compliance with Danaher and Leica code of conduct.

  • Drive target-setting, performance tracking, standardizing reporting and creating Visual Management / Daily Management as needed

  • Organize surveys to ensure SIP drives right behaviors, and consider feedback from the organization as well as long-term strategy

  • Drive communication to associates of SIP together with Global Rewards & HR EMEA Director


  • You have a successful experience as Com-ops manager/Commercial Excellence/Variable incentive manager running Sales incentive & CRM activities

  • You have an extensive experience with data Analysis, productivity tools & CRM/ERP (preferably SFDC, SAP, Power BI, Excel, others)

  • A previous commercial experience is a plus

  • You are fluent in English and in another European language

  • Your key soft skills are those one to face this challenging position: communication skills (written & verbal), ability to lead projects, analytical skills, team placer, creative thinking to solve issues, capacity to convince, strategic thinker…
