For our Regional Customer Care Team we are looking for EMEA Pricing Analyst (f/m/d), located in Warsaw, willing to grow and develop career and skills within international organization from Medial Devices / Diagnostics field. Role will report to Senior Manager Service Business Development located in France. Customer Care is a frontline team that ensures our customers success across the world, by delivering a comprehensive set of support services from our Technical Support Centers across the regions to Field Services delivering onsite repair and maintenance for Cepheid systems.

As an EMEA Pricing Analyst, you will oversee collecting data and coordinating pricing throughout Customer Care and the region. You will lead the process of data management from creation of the price list to reporting and integrating with IT and Master Data.

Job responsibilities:

  • Implementation the pricing strategy in line with overall organizational strategy

  • Identifying indicators impacting pricing - Competition, Input variables & building a pricing framework

  • Developing pricing strategies and perform competitive pricing analysis by utilizing analytical and quantitative tools and methods to guide decision making in matters of pricing

  • Leading projects through completion that involve detailed and complex analysis and support to inspire change in the company standard methodologies and serves as a key resource for strategic pricing projects and process improvements

  • Performing key forward-looking analysis, such as project & strategy evaluation, benchmarking, and scenario analysis

  • Recommending pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics, forecasting impact of pricing changes on profit and revenue

  • Analyzing current and historical results of pricing activity and transactional data to identify measurable opportunities, develop ideas, and make recommendations to improve pricing performance

  • Developing relationships with master data management, sales and internal partners to secure business and mitigate risk

Requirements:·Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of related work experience in business intelligence, Sales related business or scientific field and some data analyst work experience, especially in customer service or marketing

  • High analytical skills – ability to identify trends and interpret results

  • Effective in communication at all levels of organization and on project teams

  • Easily embrace and adapt to change and demonstrate an ability to learn. Willingness to accept flexible work schedule according to the needs of the organization

  • Strong cooperation skills, able to achieve success by teamwork

  • Build an environment of continuous improvement, drives effective change

  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of various customers’ needs

  • Skilled at data aggregation, trend analysis, dashboard management and reporting tools (Analytics)

  • Proficient in English, another European language will be an asset

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Demonstrable ability to quickly develop expertise in data reporting from ERP and CRM systems

  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com are crucial, use of Analytics tools such as Salesforce Einstein and BI tools desirable

  • Understand the concepts of relational databases, may be familiar with SQL or SOQL

  • Familiar with bulk data correction and data upload techniques
