The Finance & Administration Lead, Hungary for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for all finance and administration activities of BC Hungary.
This position is part of the Eastern Europe Commercial Operations located in Budapest and will be under office-based model.
You will be a part of the Finance Team and report to the Senior Manager Finance, East Europe Region.
You will be primary responsible for statutory and compliance tasks in Hungary
Your responsibility will include maintaining high level customers’ satisfaction by professional work and appropriate communication. You will be asked to ensure efficient cooperation with workplace managers, other functions, and staff members. Complete compliance with related company regulations and existing legislation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Take responsibility for accounting (Statutory and US GAAP) and controlling, working closely with regional accounting teams, local accounting, and payroll companies to prepare all required accounting and tax records and reports.
Ensure financial and accounting reporting is accurate, timely, and relevant, providing forward-looking direction to support business decisions.
Support business managers and regional finance lead to ensure accuracy and predictability of results, timely reporting of actual results and forecasts, and perform analysis of variations.
Manage relationships with local banks and tax authorities, submit necessary information to governmental/public institutions, and manage payments.
Provide local transactional HR expertise, deliver all statutory required local tasks connected to personnel management, and take responsibility for all administrative tasks, including facility and equipment management.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Degree in Finance / Accounting or similar with min. 5 years of related experience required; financial audit experience or Certified Accountant Qualification (CPA)is an asset.
Excellent accounting and financial analytical skills with USGAAP accounting knowledge.
Proven track record for driving, supporting and building relationships with commercial functions being a business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving techniques.
Proficient user of MS Excel; knowledge in Oracle is a plus,
Proficiency in English and Hungarian is a must. Other languages are an asset.
