The Interco Business Process Lead is responsible for the Global Intercompany Controllership process.
This position is part of the Controllership Global team and will be an onsite based role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
Leading the Intercompany Genpact process teams, to drive an efficient close, consistent with Cytiva policies and procedures during monthly/quarterly close process
Identifying simplification and enhancement opportunities in accounting and reporting processes relating to Interco
Actively supporting the Monthly/Quarterly close & reporting process for the Cytiva business including leading the preparation of balance sheet reporting and supplemental data requests for Interco in line with DHR guidelines
Support global internal & external audits & SOXs.
Support the Cytiva business on Operational, Tax and Treasury matters with regards to Global wide projects, Upstream logistic solutioning, Transfer Pricing and Intercompany Netting.
Who you are:
Accounting or Finance Qualification for several years
Process improvement or project management experience
Leadership experience: has experience leading team members balancing execution through others with inclusiveness, leveraging expertise, clear thinking, imagination, and external focus.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
Experience working in a matrix environment
